Bumi Armada sets up US$1.5b debt note programme

KUALA LUMPUR: Bumi Armada Bhd plans to raise US$1.5bil in various currencies and tenors to fund its group capital expenditure and for its projects.

It said on Tuesday its unit Bumi Armada Capital Offshore Ltd had on Aug 6 entered into documentation to set up a multi currency euro medium term note programme.
