Inari sees 3.06% stake crossed off-market


KUALA LUMPUR: ACE Market listed Inari Amertron saw a 3.06% stake transacted in an off-market deal on Monday at a 9.8% discount to its market price.

Stock market data showed the 13.70 million shares were traded at 77.5 sen, which was 8.5 sen below the market price.

At 4.18pm, Inari was unchanged at 86 sen.

There were also 6.28 million of its warrants done off-market at 42 sen each which was five sen below the market price.  The warrants were trading at 47 sen, up 0.5 sen.

The FBM KLCI was up 3.6 points to 1,782.92. Turnover was 1.39 billion shares valued at Rm1.37bil. There were 428 gainers, 341 losers and 269 counters unchanged.
