KUALA LUMPUR: Digistar Corp Bhd
's renounceable rights issue of up to 98.69 million new rights shares was oversubscribed by 37.75%.
It said on Monday the total acceptances and excess applications for the rights issue with warrants were 135.96 million rights shares at the close of acceptance last Thursday.
