PCB gets green light for RM350mil sukuk programme


KUALA LUMPUR: Paramount Corp Bhd (PCB) via its wholly-owned subsidiary, KDU University College Sdn Bhd (KDUUC), has proposed to issue Islamic medium-term notes (sukuk ijarah) of up to RM350mil in nominal value under a programme, which has been approved by the Securities Commission.

KDUUC has mandated Hong Leong Investment Bank Bhd, OCBC Al-Amin Bank Bhd and RHB Investment Bank Bhd to act as the joint principal advisers, joint lead arrangers and joint lead managers for the proposed sukuk Programme.
