A RECENT report by the Higher Education Ministry revealed that about 40,000 graduates who had completed their studies at local institutions last year remain unemployed.
Never mind that a follow-up report noted that some of these graduates were “mulling” further studies. The fact remains that 40,000 is a huge number, whichever way you choose to look at it.
