KUALA LUMPUR: Ingenuity Solutions Bhd, which was in the news recently, has seen announced that Datuk Feroz AS Moidunny has resigned as chairman and director effective Friday.
The ACE-listed company said on Friday he ceases to be an indirect substantial shareholder after selling his entire equity interest in Firstwide Success Sdn Bhd to Chin Boon Long.
