PETALING JAYA: Ekuiti Nasional Bhd (Ekuinas), the government-linked private equity fund management company, has completed an acquisition of a 90% stake in bumiputra-owned Cosmopoint Sdn Bhd for RM246mil.
The Cosmopoint group owns and operates the KL Metropolitan University College (KLMUC) and the Cosmopoint International College of Technology (CICT), with more than 11,000 students across seven faculties.
