SINGAPORE: Singapore's central bank yesterday raised its inflation forecast for 2011 to 4%-5% from 3%-4% due to higher-than-expected increases in accommodation and private road transport costs.
It also warned of downside risks to its economic growth outlook of 5%-7% for this year, although the official forecast remains unchanged for now.
