Major CR advances seen

Six companies stole the limelight at the StarBiz-ICR Malaysia Corporate Responsibility (CR) Awards 2010 yesterday when they were announced winners in various categories. For the above RM1bil market cap segment, PLUS Express ways Bhd bagged the awards in the Marketplace and Workplace categories. DRB-HICOM Bhd won the award in the Environment category while Guinness Anchor Bhd won in Community. In the below RM1bil market cap segment, Esso Malaysia Bhd won the awards in the Workplace and Community categories while Faber Group Bhd and Tex Cycle Technology (M) Bhd grabbed the honours in the Marketplace and Environment categories respectively.
