Petra Energy announces 3 new directors

KUALA LUMPUR: Integrated oil and gas brown field services provider Petra Energy Bhd announced Tuesday appointments of Abdul Rahim Hamid and Ahmad Azra Salleh as independent and non-executive directors effective Tuesday.

In the meantime, Surya Hidayat Abdul Malik, who is executive director of Petra Perdana Bhd (PPB), will assume the role of a non-independent and non-executive director, the company said in a statement Tuesday.
