KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Airlines (MAS) expects RM2bil worth of benefits in terms of both cost saving and revenue growth over a 10-year period with its new Passenger Services System (PSS), a component of which was launched yesterday.
A Bernama report quoted managing director and chief executive officer Tengku Datuk Azmil Zahruddin as saying: “With some RM480mil invested in the integrated platform over 10 years, MAS customers can enjoy seamless service delivery and a suite of new services.”
