PETALING JAYA: Media Prima Bhd
’s voting shares in New Straits Times Press (Malaysia) Bhd (NSTP) have exceeded 51%, it said in a statement yesterday.
To date, it had already received acceptance of more than 19.7 million shares (or 9.1%) of the paid-up capital of the NSTP.
