Aliran Ihsan board agrees to MMC takeover

KUALA LUMPUR: Aliran Ihsan Resources Bhd’s (AIRB) board of directors, as expected, had consented to MMC Corporation Bhd’s conditional take-over.

AIRB told Bursa Malaysia on Wednesday that its board had deliberated on the notice of conditional take-over and “is not considering seeking an alternative person” to make a take-over offer for the shares and redeemable convertible unsecured loan stocks (RCULS).
