PAMB to send aid to China and Myanmar


KUALA LUMPUR: Prudential Assurance Malaysia Bhd (PAMB) has collected a total of RM480,000 from its staff and agency force under its Prudential Caring Fund in aid of the victims of the recent calamities in Sichuan, China and Myanmar.

Chief marketing officer Thomas Wong said half the funds would be channelled to China through PAMB's regional office in Hong Kong, while funds to Myanmar would be channelled locally through Yayasan Sin Chew and MERCY Malaysia.
