KUALA LUMPUR: Forum Vest Sdn Bhd disposed of nearly 20 million shares in Alam Maritim Resources Bhd
or 4.12% in April and June.
A filing with Bursa Malaysia showed that Forum Vest disposed of 125,600 shares on April 1 at RM2.11 each. It placed out 18.87 million shares the next day at an average price of RM2.11 also. On June 4, it sold one million shares at RM2.06 each.
