KUALA LUMPUR: UOA Asset Management Sdn Bhd, the manager of UOA Real Estate Investment Trust
(UOA REIT), has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Magna Tiara Development Sdn Bhd for the acquisition of Wisma UOA Pantai.
UOA Asset Management told Bursa Malaysia Wednesday that the acquisition should be completed by the first quarter.
