PETALING JAYA: Intec Malaysia Sdn Bhd and Germany's Intec Micro Powder AG will invest RM400mil to become a leading producer of ultra fine rubber powder in Asia.
Chairman Datuk Azrai Jamaludin said the parties would undertake the project once a joint-venture company was set up.
