UPS to score first with new services

COLOGNE: United Parcel Service of America Inc (UPS) is set to become the first transport and logistics firm to offer customers paperless international shipping and return capabilities to 98 countries and territories, including Malaysia. 

Its senior vice-president for worldwide sales and marketing Kurt Kuehn said the new UPS Paperless Invoice and International UPS Returns would be introduced in January, allowing its customers to expand their businesses to new markets globally.
