IJM to take 50% stake in highway concession

KUALA LUMPUR: IJM Corp Bhd will acquire 50% stake in Lebuhraya Kajang-Seremban Sdn Bhd (Lekas), a special purpose vehicle (SPV) formed to undertake the concession of Kajang-Seremban Highway, said chief executive officer Datuk Krishnan Tan. 

The balance stake is held by Kaseh Lebuhraya Sdn Bhd, Tunku Naquiyuddin Tuanku Ja’afar and bumiputra institutions.
