KUALA LUMPUR: DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd and Maxis Communications Bhd yesterday launched an inter-operator Friend Finder service which would enable 12 million people connected in their two networks to locate each other.
Friend Finder was a permission-based service that allowed people to stay connected with their loved ones and be assured of their whereabouts, the two telecommunication companies said in a statement.
