DATUK Alan Tong Kok Mau may be pushing 70, but he still has a strong grip on everything he touches: be it his property development business, shaking someone’s hand, hitting a golf ball to over 230m or as Malaysia’s first world president of FIABCI International.
Since taking office as head of the world’s largest real estate body in June last year, Tong has been globetrotting, attending conferences and meetings and also being Malaysia’s “goodwill ambassador”.
