Iris hopes to win 10 new contracts

KUALA LUMPUR: Iris Corp Bhd, which recently bagged three deals to supply e-passports and e-identification cards to three countries, hopes to secure a total of 10 overseas contracts this year, managing director Datuk Tan Say Jim said. 

He also hinted that more jobs were in store for the company in Turkey, where Iris had signed an 18 million euro (or RM80.5mil) deal with the Turkish government to supply about three million e-passport inlays.
