KUALA LUMPUR: Foreign investors are expected to lead the purchases of non-performing loans (NPLs) following Bank Negara's new guidelines on the disposals of NPLs for banking institutions.
The central bank had last month introduced these guidelines to allow banks to hive off more than RM46bil in gross NPLs as of September last year.
