THE book’s title The McKinsey Mind arouses my curiosity. The bold claim of authors Ethan M. Rasiel and Paul N. Friga that McKinsey is “the world’s top strategic consulting firm” fuels it further.
But just when I thought my expectation was set, it was raised – perhaps unrealistically – higher when they further claim that McKinsey’s approach is a “powerful methodology for solving problems and communicating ideas that will benefit you and your organisation”.
