CMSB, Naim jointly win RM297mil job in Sarawak

A JOINT venture (JV) between PPES Works (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd and Naim Cendera Sdn Bhd has been awarded a RM296.5mil contract by the Sarawak Government to design and build the new state legislative assembly complex in Kuching. 

PPES Works, a subsidiary of Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd (CMSB), has a 55% stake in the JV while Naim Cendera, a wholly owned unit of Naim Cendera Holdings Bhd, owns the remaining 45%.
