K-One building up auto parts division as buffer

K-One Technology Bhd, a Mesdaq-bound manufacturer of high-end electronic products, will strengthen its automotive sector business to buffer against the vagaries of the consumer electronics market. 

The company aims to boost the revenue contribution of the automotive segment from the current 5% to about 20% within five years, chairman and co-founder Lim Beng Fook said.
