Hunza unit developing Putra Bertam township

BANDAR Kepala Batas Sdn Bhd (BKBSB) is developing 740 houses, condominium units and shop offices costing a total of RM80mil under phase 2B and phase 4 of Bandar Putra Bertam in Kepala Batas. 

BKBSB is a 70:30 joint venture between Hunza Properties Bhd and Yayasan Bumiputra Pulau Pinang Bhd.
