FRANKFURT: Deutsche Boerse has asked British and German authorities to proceed with an investigation of a possible takeover of the London Stock Exchange, the German exchange operator said yesterday.
It confirmed it would not make an offer for LSE unless Euronext or another third party was to make a bid.
