INFOBID (M) Sdn Bhd, which has teamed up with Bouygues Group, the world's third largest builder, is seeking to build the second bridge linking Penang island to the peninsula, which has been put on hold.
It is also keen to be considered for works to widen the existing Penang Bridge, according to managing director G. Muralimohan.
