PULAI Springs Bhd, the owner-operator of Pulai Springs Golf and Leisure Resort near Johor Baru, is expanding to Muar with a mixed property development project.
Managing director Datuk Chua Jui Leng said the company was likely to start the gated community project, spanning 29 acres at Jalan Ismail along the Muar River, in the third or last quarter of the year.
