CSA unit gets BPO services contract from Maybank


CSA MSC Sdn Bhd is set to be the leading loyalty management organisation in the region following its four-year contract with Malayan Banking Bhd to provide business process outsourcing (BPO) services for Maybank's credit card base. 

The BPO services encompass loyalty application hosting, data management and Point Of Sale (POS) terminal management for transactions and campaign management.
