PACIFICMAS Bhd’s proposed merger with GEL Capital (M) Bhd is still on track with shareholders of the two companies currently discussing the finer details of the deal.
“We are still negotiating,” a PacificMas official told StarBiz yesterday when asked about the status of the merger plan.
