KLCC Property prospectus for IPO likely out in June

KLCC Property Holdings Bhd, which owns the 88-storey Petronas Twin Towers and surrounding mall, office and hotel complex, is expected to issue its initial public offering prospectus in June, industry sources said.

“The invitation for the IPO underwriting has yet to be sent out and there are still some loose ends that need to be tied up. The earliest possible date for the IPO would be in June and a listing on the MSEB in July,” a source said. KLCC Property will sell 432 million new shares to investors at RM1.50 each.
