YTL Land & Development Bhd looks set to move up the property ranks with more high-end product offerings, product differentiation and innovation.
The group, which took over the listing status of Taiping Consolidated Bhd (Taiping Con) in 2001, has many projects going for it and is making further inroads into the more lucrative end of the property market.
