SALES of manufactured goods grew 3.6% or RM990mil to RM28.38bil in August from RM27.39bil in the equivalent month last year, the Statistics Department said yesterday.
Manufacturing sales for the first eight months of the year also recorded growth to RM219.5bil, up 9.1% or RM18.19bil from RM200.96bil during the January–August period last year.
