Leweko to take over listed status of Timbermaster

A new company, Leweko Resources Bhd, will take over the listed status of Timbermaster Industries Bhd, a PN4 company under special administration. 

Leweko will also acquire the income generating assets of Ipoh-based Datuk Leong Wei Kong and Abdul Aziz Jantan.
