ALLIANCE Bank Bhd has launched a housing loan campaign with the introduction of its Easy-Own Home Loan package.
At 1.75% per annum for the first year, base lending rate (BLR) minus 1% for the second year, and BLR + 0.25% for subsequent years, Easy-Own Home Loan offered the lowest interest rates in the market, said its senior general manager (consumer banking) Chan Chun Fee.
