STANDARD Chartered Bank Malaysia Bhd sees the many changes in banking since the country's independence as steering the industry towards the “right track” to progress and grow, its consumer banking country head Bridget Lai said.
“If you look at banking then and now, there have been tremendous changes not only in terms of technology and customer sophistication levels but also the way the government looks at the role of banks in helping the economic development of the country,” Lai told StarBiz.
