SAAG Consolidated (M) Bhd has agreed to form a joint venture with Embah Engineering Sdn Bhd, known as SAAG-Embah JV (No. 2), to undertake a housing project from Koperasi Kakitangan Malaysia Airports Bhd.
SAAG will have 60% stake in the joint venture and Embah 40%.
