KUMPULAN Emas Bhd, which received shareholders' approval yesterday for its proposal to list 51%-owned subsidiary Salcon Engineering Bhd (SEB) on the KLSE main board, hopes to complete the exercise by the end of next month.
“We plan to have the underwriting ceremony next week and issue the prospectus by the end of this month,” said group managing director Datuk Dr Patrick Teoh.
