MINI-CIRCUITS Corp has recently invested US$50mil for the production of a new integrated circuit component to be used in radio telecommunication systems.
The state-of-the-art “low-temperature co-fired ceramic” (LTCC) product was designed by the company under a joint venture with two ceramic factories in Belgium and Taiwan.
