Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd, which produces around 5% of made-in-Malaysia rubber gloves, hopes its proposed manufacturing facility in Guangzhou, China could start operations by the year-end.
“We are looking towards the end of the year,” managing director and chief executive officer Lim Kuang Sia.
