O’Carroll named new Nestle managing director

SULLIVAN O’Carroll has been appointed managing director of Nestle (Malaysia) Bhd effective July 1.  

Currently market head of Nestle Poland, O’Carroll will replace Jose Lopez, who has been appointed to head Nestle Japan. 

Lopez will relinquish his position as managing director of Nestle Malaysia on June 30, the company told the KLSE yesterday.  

O'Carroll, 53, had also been manager, instant drinks and food services, at Nestle South Africa (2001 to 2002), and CEO of Dairymaid-Nestle, Clayville, South Africa (1997 to 2001).
