PROPERTY developer Prima Nova Development Sdn Bhd has sold 80% or 120 units under its phase 1B of its Idaman houses development located at its Taman Tasik Prima township in Puchong, Selangor.
Launched in August last year in a joint venture with Bolton Bhd, Idaman homes showcased resort living with comfort and spaciousness of rooms suitable for medium-sized family, said the company said in a statement. The four rooms, three baths and a storeroom, under the staircase, gave Idaman a large built-up area of 1,780 sq ft.
