HONG KONG: PCCW Ltd, Hong Kong's dominant fixed-line phone company, reported yesterday a hefty net loss for 2002 following a restructuring, job cuts, and a major write-down for an undersea cable joint venture.
The company also said it would not pay a dividend in 2004, despite earlier indications it might consider such a move.
