BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: Brunei will participate in the 48th WorldSkills Competition in Shanghai, China, to showcase the quality and standing of the country's technical and vocational education and training sector, according to the Institute of Brunei Technical Education (IBTE) on Tuesday (Sept 15).

The flag hand-over ceremony for Brunei's national contingent was held on Tuesday at a technical institution near the capital.
