MySihat Expo 2026 will bring together four major events on one integrated platform, positioning it to become Malaysia's largest healthcare, wellness, sports and lifestyle festival.
According to Moonman, the organiser, the three-day festival, taking place from 9 to 11 October 2026 at MAEPS Serdang, is targeting more than 100,000 visitors, over 600 brands and exhibitors, more than 50 expert-sharing sessions, as well as 10 sporting events and community activities.
Spanning more than 170,500 square feet of exhibition space, MySihat Expo 2026 will combine healthcare and wellness with sports, arts, culture and heritage, nutrition, fitness, fragrance, entertainment and modern lifestyle experiences.
The event introduces a fresh approach to Malaysia's exhibition landscape by transforming the conventional expo format into an interactive festival where visitors can learn, participate, engage and experience different aspects of health, fitness and healthy living.
The festival's four main components are MySihat Expo, HUNTR Games Kuala Lumpur 2026, FragMania 2026 and Anjung Malaysiaku Foodie Fiesta 2026.
As the core platform, MySihat Expo will feature hospitals, medical centres, clinics, healthcare companies and brands across wellness, nutrition, beauty, health technology and sports. Visitors will have access to complimentary health screenings, consultations with doctors and specialists, health forums, healthy-living talks, first-aid workshops, demonstrations and community activities, including yoga, Zumba and a fun run.
HUNTR Games Kuala Lumpur 2026 will position Malaysia as the host of one of the region's largest fitness racing competitions. The event is expected to welcome more than 8,000 athletes and participants from Malaysia, Brunei, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and South Korea. Kuala Lumpur has also been selected as an official qualifying round for the HUNTR Games World Championships 2027, further strengthening Malaysia's presence on the international sporting calendar.
For fragrance enthusiasts, FragMania 2026 will bring together local and international brands on an interactive platform. Visitors will be able to sample a wide selection of fragrances, meet brand founders, attend new product launches, demonstrations and industry talks, and explore the world of fragrance through an immersive experience.
Anjung Malaysiaku Foodie Fiesta returns following its inaugural edition in 2025 with a fresher, healthier concept. The festival will feature vendors offering healthier, balanced and high-quality food choices while bringing together food entrepreneurs from across the country.
Running for four days from 8 October 2026, Anjung Malaysiaku Foodie Fiesta will also present Podcast Anjung Malaysiaku, live cooking demonstrations, healthy-eating sessions, community performances, family activities, Zumba, a fun run and a festival dining experience combining food, arts, culture and lifestyle.
Moonman believes the four components will establish MySihat Expo as a national festival that benefits the public while creating opportunities for industry players to introduce products, technologies and innovations to a wider market.
According to Moonman, MySihat Expo was created to build an ecosystem that connects communities with healthcare, wellness, sports and lifestyle through a more inclusive and accessible approach.

FragMania is a fragrance lifestyle platform that brings together brands, manufacturers, distributors and consumers in one interactive experience. HUNTR Games is an inclusive fitness racing sport that uses the sandbag as its primary equipment. Based on natural movements such as running, lifting, dragging and carrying loads, the sport tests strength, physical endurance and mental resilience, and can be practised almost anywhere. HUNTR Games Kuala Lumpur 2026 will take place from 9 to 11 October 2026 at MAEPS Hall C, Serdang, targeting at least 8,000 participants and serving as an official qualifying round for the HUNTR Games World Championships 2027.
