YANGON: The Department of Investment and Company Regulation has blacklisted three companies in connection with the earthquake that destroyed the Sky Villa condo in Mandalay, causing deaths.
The Ministry of Home Affairs has informed the public that the Ministry of Construction has blacklisted three companies and their officials since June 19 in connection with the deaths and injuries caused by the earthquake that destroyed the Sky Villa Condo in Mandalay.
The three companies that were blacklisted are NTL Construction Company, Depawaddy Construction Company, and CES Constructure Engineering Services Company.
Companies registered in the online registration system of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration must respect and comply with the provisions of the Myanmar Companies Law.
If it is found that they do not comply with other existing laws and regulations issued by government departments and organizations related to the business they are operating, the Registrar will announce it on the website of the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration for public information, the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration has announced. - Eleven Media/ANN
