The Malaysia Printers Association (MPA) has officially launched its 40th Anniversary Celebration in Kuala Lumpur, marking the beginning of a year-long programme of industry activities leading up to the MPA 40th Anniversary Gala Dinner on May 22 in 2027.
Held under the theme "AI-Powered Print – Transforming Printing, Empowering Businesses," the celebration highlights the industry's commitment to embracing artificial intelligence (AI), smart manufacturing, automation and digital transformation. Through this initiative, MPA aims to accelerate innovation, enhance operational efficiency and strengthen the global competitiveness of Malaysia's printing industry.
The launch at a top hotel in the city was attended by top MPA officials and officiated by main VIP guest, Tan Sri Ong Tee Keat, the former MCA president.
During the launch, MPA unveiled its nationwide one-year Roadshow programme, featuring networking sessions, industry forums, factory visits, technical seminars, international study missions, participation in international trade exhibitions and business matching activities. These initiatives are designed to strengthen collaboration among printers, suppliers, technology providers and industry stakeholders while creating new business opportunities and promoting sustainable industry growth.

Each eligible student will receive a RM100 book voucher to purchase books and educational materials.
