India's top MedTech company Meril, launches its first academy in Malaysia, aiming to make it the hub for South-East Asia nations


Meril, a leading India-based global MedTech company, has announced the launch of Meril Academy, Kuala Lumpur, its first academy in Malaysia.

The academy marks the latest addition to Meril's expanding global education network, reinforcing the company's belief that innovation and education go hand in hand in advancing healthcare and improving patient outcomes.

Designed as a global platform for clinical education, Meril Academy, Kuala Lumpur, brings together healthcare professionals for expert-led education, simulation-based training, hands-on workshops, thoughtfully designed learning pathways and clinical collaborations.

The occasion was also graced by Shri Hitesh Jogenderial Rajpal, the Deputy High Commissioner of India to Malaysia, top medical experts from Malaysia, and other officials. 

By bringing together scientific knowledge, clinical expertise, and innovative technologies, the academy aims to strengthen clinical capabilities, encourage knowledge exchange, and support the effective adoption of evolving medical technologies.

Malaysia was selected for its strategic location, strong healthcare ecosystem, and growing role as a regional hub for medical innovation and education, enabling Meril to support healthcare professionals across Malaysia and the wider Asean region.
